Agrapana Beach Villa

The facility was quite comfortable and offered much comfort for a family. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and pleasant to interract with. Always ready to go an extra mile to please the guests. The food can of course not be left out as the kitchen team was exceptional. The taste and look of every meal prepared were unforgetable. The cleaning team, driver, receptionist usw. all worked tiredlessly to please us and make us comfortable.

The fact that wall geckos were always finding there way into the apartment didnt really amuse my kids. We later had an animal running around our ceiling at night which disturbed my sleep a little

Great villas, in a quiet secluded area with not much else around. Perfect for relaxing by the pool and the walking to the beach and peace and quiet. Food was really nice and staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Quiet location off a mad busy road. But that is normal for Bali as I learnt. The place is back from the sea but great views on the top deck of the villa. The dinners were good, the service good overall, there is not much to do other than relax due to the busy road areas but it is a great place to rest. The pool was lovely.

My 2nd ordered planned breakfast never arrived and I had to depart for other plans which was disappointing. There was a large rat that lived behind the fridge and when he popped out gave me a start and got into my room at one point, but again this is normal for Bali. Go with it! Beach nearby heavily polluted and rubbish everywhere.

This will be quite a long review, but I feel it is not long enough to list the positive aspects of the hotel and, above all, the service. Our stay at Agrapana Beach Villa was exceptional. We chose this place because of its peaceful surroundings, amenities and proximity to nature. We were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every member of the team showed us a lot of warmth and we felt taken care of like nowhere else. We could count on help with every aspect of our stay and with every question. After a few days of our stay and getting to know the staff at Agrapana Beach Villa, we felt like we were visiting friends and not just staying at a hotel. Which is a big plus for us. We received a lot of interesting tips about attractions in Bali and traditional food that we should try. We really liked the attitude of the entire team. Despite their many duties, we could always count on a nice conversation and lots of laughter. The massages offered by the Villa are worth recommending. My husband and I ordered a 2.5h package. The masseuses showed up at our villa with their equipment and made us feel like we were in heaven. Also the excursion options from the hotel were very interesting and well organized. The greatest praise (due to the fact that we had the most contact with these people) deserves Mrs. Dian from the reception. Agus, who makes delicious food that we will miss and dream about at night. And of course Dwi, who welcomed us to the hotel and from the very beginning of our stay won our hearts with what a wonderful and positive person he is, who made our stay truly royal.

The villa was clean and you can see that the Staff puts a lot of effort into cleaning. The only downside is that some items like the bathtub are visibly worn out and could be replaced (?). Additionally the water pressure (which is not very bothersome but you still have to wait a while to take a shower).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Agrapana. The location was peaceful and beautiful and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Bali. The Villa and private pool were exceptional, the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend.

We only stayed 2 out of the 7 nights we booked. Thankfully we were able to negotiate a refund for the 5 nights we didn't stay. If you need to do this, keep following up until it comes through.

Our stay was severely impacted by significant issues within the property. The entire master suite, consisting of the bedroom and ensuite, was unusable due to pervasive black mould. The smell was overpowering, even with the air conditioning running at full capacity, and we felt that the property was a health hazard. Furthermore, the living room, kitchen and bathrooms were all visibly dirty, water damage was evident throughout the property with paint was bubbling off the walls and water dripping from the ceiling. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but instead, it was a stressful and unpleasant experience.The onsite restaurant was equally disappointing. On our first night, we ordered a pizza, which was inedible and we went without eating anything that night. Thankfully, we were not charged for this. Given the property's isolated location, the poor quality of the restaurant is a major drawback.We would strongly advise against staying at this property until these serious issues are addressed.

Staff were friendly, room itself was nice but felt a little bit shabby in places. Parking was really useful and the beds were comfy.

Very hard to find when arriving at night. We turned up at 10:30pm and there was no option of food or even a snack so we went to bed hungry. Kitchen area is very open and isn’t the most comfortable place to eat breakfast. Location is quite isolated with limited things in the vicinity. Nearby beach is very close but full of washed up plastic.

Horrible maintenance, lack of proper management, complaints were not addressed or ignored, never go back

It was dirty, old, and it was leaking, when it rained there was water all over, there is nothing good to be said about this property

What a beautiful location- overlooks two temples and the ocean. It was so quiet and peaceful. The private pool was perfect to cool down on the hot days.

The stairs to our rooftop area were very steep!

The staff were all amazing and they did such a good job to really serve and help us out. They were always polite and went the extra mile whenever they could. The villa is also so beautifully situated Infront of the temple and Infront of the beach. Makes it so accessible

The villa itself is old. Lots of mould everywhere and too many insects. Milipedes and centipedes even in the bathroom and we saw a very big rat at night in the buses. I understand villa is in nature but even the floors are dirty and I feel they could do with some form of pest control for a better stay. Too many mosquitoes even in the rooms. Some of the walls can be painted and something has to be done with the mould situation. Our water also kept going off like 3 times during the stay, once when I was in the middle of my shower.

Some of the villas do require care and attention to restore the comfortability of their guests. On our second stay , afew months apart for our first stay, we noticed the cleanliness has decline significantly. Nevertheless, we did have a good stay and look forward to returning .

The rain shower was amazing The villas are big

- the bathtub was very dirty - toilet bowl needs to be changed - location is very very far from shopping mall and massage places - hairdryer needs to be replaced. The wind from the hairdryer is so little-breakfast is so so (can be better) - the staircase to the rooftop is dangerous. The stairs are half half. - the floors are slippery (need to coat anti- slip)

The room was beyond lovely and quite spacious. The AC in the room and the private pool were a dream given how hot it was. The staff were so kind and accommodating.

The location was more remote than I thought. Unless you want to walk along a busy highway to get to a Indomarket or have your own car there aren’t other restaurants or stores to go to other than what the hotel provides. It’s close to Ubud tourist points but far from east Bali.

It's a quiet location and about 10-12mins walk to the beach with black sand. The private plunge pool is secluded was the best feature.

It has limited facilities with only 6 or so villas. Cleanliness and maintenance needs some improvement.The biggest disappointment was half board meal option, what you get is one a small main course and a glass of water.

It was great experience at Agrapana Beach Villa, staff were friendly and villa manager was helpful and professional, the villa is quite and very relaxing and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Definitely memorable experience.

The villa was beautiful and private staff were amazing. View was spectacular- ocean, fields, temple and mountain/ volcano.

The stuff is amazing and really friendly. I also liked the location, it was peaceful and quiet.

It's not brand new, it could be a little bit more clean.
